I believe Deputy Minister might be ranked higher than CA Chair, and that is why it doesn't show up.

It was "noted" but never done, so I still need "The Truthiness Party" subforum removed. You can archive it or just delete it. I dont care. They never posted a single thread.

I had updated the permissions, but not the forum location. Oops. Fixed now.
